We opened our doors in the middle of the recession. The early jobs were small — an FHA home remodel, an attic addition — then commercial work like the Communal restaurant in downtown Provo.

Same company, sharper focus
R4 Constructors became Complete Contracting Company several years ago — same company, same tax ID, one continuous history back to 2008. The name is intentionally generic: the brand is bigger than any one person.

We invest in our people
Every employee goes through a formal construction-management course — 57 weeks, taught weekly by a college instructor, whatever their prior degree. Careers have grown out of it, including a senior superintendent who started on the demolition crew.
